The two cottages, situated on Trefranck Farm are on the edge of Bodmin Moor and just 6 miles from the North Cornish Coast. The Old Wagon House is ideal for the disabled. Near Launceston. Lots of walking from the farm including a footpath which leads to St Clether Holy Well with its granite alter and clear holy water, bubbling from deep within the ground.
